HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

Fill out the return form and put it in the package

Please pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend to use DHL Shipping. Send the package to the following address:

PLEASE NOTE: Item's sent without paperwork will not be refunded as we can not pinpoint the sender.

Items that have been worn or washed are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

The item must be in its original condition and returned with all associated tags.

Once we recieve the item the invoice amount will be refunded to the same means of payment used to place the order within of 14 days.

If you have to return an item because it is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will check this and refund the costs of the return shipment. In this case, please contact our customer service at settembre02@outlook.com
